He clearly broke the conditions of his release, so I believe he is going to get more than a slapped wrist.

    Hopefully.......

I have not read all comments in this thread as there are so many but "only wants to return to milk our system" hits the nail on the head. She knows very well that if she gets back she'll get free accommodation at least while she's jailed, then when they let her out to do something illegal again, the local council will probably give her a council house. She has said that she had 2 children who both died, because the conditions were too bad for the babies to survive. So I would ask the question, why conceive a 3rd in the same conditions? Answer - she can see 9 months ago that ISIS were losing ground, so she decides to get pregnant again thinking if she gets captured she'll have a ticket back to good old England, "They'll look after me." In my opinion No Entry.

We have little islands all over the world... the meagre remains of the old 'British Empire'.

The problem the government has is that they have already accepted back people who are guilty of actual violence and attrocities. These people are now in jail. Like I said, the government's normal modus operandi is fubar

So now Bangladesh has come out and said no way do they want this girl. Who's surprised by that? Sajid Javid is playing people for fools with this "tough guy" stance. Shame some people have fallen for it.

With all the posturing to show how anti-terrorism we all are, what do we do? Not what would we like to do. What are we going to do n reality?

No entry. Great. Send the girl where? Bangladesh? Syria? Netherlands? As soon as she lands in Dhaka or Damascus, they're sending her straight back to Stansted. With or without British citizenship, she's still our problem.

We might as well just look at how best to deal with the problem (jail, rehab, goodness knows what) rather than entertain the fanciful idea that some other country will accept our burden.

We can delay the inevitable whilst she remains in Syria (and quite possibly dies which saves Javid's bacon), but sooner or later that girl is going to be back on our doorsteps. It will need more than just ridiculous feel good notions to address the reality.

Donald Trump follows Britain's lead by stripping 'Isil bride' Hoda Muthana of citizenship

Donald Trump has followed Britain's lead and stripped the citizenship of a woman who left the United States to join Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil).

Hoda Muthana, 24, left Alabama for Syria where she married three Isil jihadists and had a child. She is currently in a Syrian refugee camp with her 18-month-old son and has begged to be allowed home.

Mr Trump said: "I have instructed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and he fully agrees, not to allow Hoda Muthana back into the Country!"

First you need evidence that they have committed an offence and you need witnesses and further incontrovertible evidence of their guilt. Then there's the question of jurisdiction - can they be tried by a British court and how do you overcome the defence that the offences may not have been offences in the place where they were allegedly committed?

Now that would be an ideal solution..The U.S definitely have jurisdiction given what US servicemen have done to quell these evil scum bags.
