General Question Regarding Marriage Visitor Visa Application

    So really its just the same as going to the Philippine Embassy in London, just saves you the trip. Even so, we might consider it, and get the name changed in the passport too.

    Too late, her passport runs out in February next year at which time she will be in the Philippines attending her daughters Graduation. Its got to be done in the UK, sooner the better really.

    Trouble is, its more expensive to holiday in sunny Manchester than abroad :D

    I got the FLR(M) just waiting for the Biometric Residence Permit now to come by courier, and now the loved one will be able to dust her CV (Resume) down and start to look for work :)

    Two hours to be precise but it took all day Sunday to fill the form out and get the paperwork together, it was a little bit harder than I initially thought it would be. The form is 75 pages long and there are one or two confusing questions born out of the fact that it is a generic form which caters for three or four different visa scenarios. It would be a lot easier if the forms were specific to the visa you are applying for, but that's too easy isn't it.
