yep--ukvi prefer them loose--no clips--in the order they relate to the application. i did put the whole lot in a card folder.
i bought large plastic envelopes from the post office--about like a pillow case--to send them in--with another folded up inside with my name address and stamps on it.

I disagree here but it is personal choice.
We used ringbinders and for documents we didn't want to punch used a plastic sleeve. We felt it was better this way to keep passports and loose passport sized photos together. As I say it's personal choice.

Obviously never bought a house before...but now that’s my option...half down payment and half borrowed...so I’ll get papers saying the house is mine right?

Yes your solicitor (Conveyancor) will sort out that paperwork for you..

If the borrowed is a mortgage, a letter from the bank/building society will do!

So current situation is... buying 70k house. Half payment down then half mortgage
Which after then will leave me £35k also but then after buying all stuff for house leaves me £30k good amount left over. But then checked hard to check my employment salary expected for the year and it says that I will earn this tax year only around £15,500 thought I’d earned more than that...so even if I’ve earned only that..I’m fine combining this to my £30k savings? Thanks

your savings is more than enough to comply with requirements.. when I applied for my fiancee visa, hubby only had about 25k in savings.. plus ISAs that he can't have easy access to, but we still submitted it as added documentation.. good luck!

    its like this

    £18600 minus £15500 = £3100 shortfall

    so £3100 X 2.5= £7,750 + £16,000 = £23,750. savings required.

Nowt wrong with Stoke that a Bulldozer couldnt put right ;), Joking aside at least it allows you to get on the property ladder, it could be london that you live in then you have no chance of getting on the property ladder, or even the bottom rung. :D

Well as stated really..applying June no long after I come back from there...then it takes 2 months or so to hear anything so yeh September /October maybe if that’s possible....anything as long as can be here for Christmas. ...and am I right thinking that I’ve done the visa4uk part right? Applying for someone else ? Thnaks

The intended travel date is a guide and you are not held to that date, if because the application takes time to process and goes beyond your intended travel date no worries, once your application is successful you will get a vignette that will be valid from a certain date to a certain date this is when she can travel(30 days)
If you apply in early June I would of thought September was achievable as your at 12 weeks approx.
Your girlfriend is applying for herself

you maybe doing the application but it is your good lady who is applying.
Easiest way is you sign in under her e mail and create a password that you both know you can both view the application at the same time and say discuss using skype or similar one answers on the application and saves and quits this will save the answers you have completed the other person can then log back in and see the completed questions. Only one person at any time can fill in the answers and if you are both reading the same screen and one filling in the answers that person filling in the answers will have to save a nd quit and the other person log out and log back in to see the update
