Doesn't matter how long you after wait, a few weeks waiting is nothing, its the visa being granted that is the all important thing for sure.

Yeah that's the mindset really. Even if it takes to the full 60 working days so long as I get the visa then I'll forget I've waited for ages..

Exactly right, once you have the visa then you very quickly forget about all the hassle you had to get it granted.

Indeed. And just look forward to another waiting game for FLR(M).

Don't worry about the FLR, once you're in the country then that's half the battle over with, I found the FLR almost enjoyable after the initial Fiancée visa, in March we apply for the second FLR, we will go for the premium service again to get it out of the way, an extra £500 is nothing in the long term.

Yes I agree although it's not really stressful unlike fiance visa but we will definitely apply by post and will surely take time so cheers to the waiting time again, things are very tight for him atm so we can't afford extra £500.

That's why I told myself after the first FLR (M) is over and ready to apply for the 2nd I will pay for the premium service myself coz I want to experience what it feels like not to wait for a long time.

We did not use the premium service for FLR as, with K and the stepsprog, the cost would have been £1,000.00 Yes there was a wait but we didn't have the tension of the original application.

The current cause of tension is "driving test" and "getting a job".

Its a very good point you made about the FLR not having the same tension involved as the initial entry visa, good way of putting it :like:

Brief questions on appendix 2 guys - after you've answered section 3A, do you leave all other sections blank? As I ticked Yes to the last question in 3F asking taking into account everything added together do you meet the financial requirement. But now I'm thinking I should leave that blank too as I've already answered the same in 3.21..?

And then do you bother printing the blank sections and guidance notes?!

Print the complete form off, I'm not clear on your other question, I thought 3F was filled in if you are self employed, 3A is the one you concentrate on if you are relying on salaried employment.

Thanks for the very quick response Timmers - sat at work deciding whether to print or not! I've printed the full form but not the guidance notes.
3F is cash savings so that's blank too (except for the final question) , thinking I should leave that blank now but as it just says the same thing as what I already said Yes to, can't imagine it matters...

Read the guidance notes, it should tell you there whether to print the full form, I have a feeling you have to, I know for the FLR application you do so warm the printer up and print the lot just in case :)

    Better safe than sorry.

Had a look, nothing mentioned about what to print/submit. I could include the guidance notes as well I guess to stop the ECO being confused :D

Print the whole form, don't include the guidance notes, ECO doesn't need that, they know the form well better than we do, it's a guidance for us but don't submit it. And tick only the 'Yes' in the category you are using to meet the financial requirement with the question 'do you meet the financial requirement' and just leave out the others. :)
