Wrong Entries

    help!
    my husband and I have just cancelled our application due to wrong entries on our application as well.
    We havent received any email after our cancellation, has anyone here received email receipts of cancellation?

    I didn't either. Just waiting for the refund to be reflected in my credit card.

    Would be great if they send one, or else how will we know if our application was indeed cancelled.
    Cant help but to worry about it.

    Hi katkatmachine, its somehow a relief that we werent the only one who didnt receive a cancellation receipt, maybe they dont really send one

    Yes you're not the only one. Me and Kat got the same issue. What the ukvi said is to contact them if we didn't hear anything from them within that 28days working days period. But I think the request is sent and we just have to wait for the refund to appear in our accounts.

    I've read similar stories on other forums. They got the money within the specified period. Don't worry, you will surely get yours back. ;)
