Visa advice please

    Yes, Timmers' fiancee already got the visa and the certificate and the sticker. Lucky chap.

    I'm in the agony of waiting-for-the-visa stage:rolleyes: My fiance and I have been engaged for 2 years now.

    I handed over my application to VFS last July 16th. Was in panic mode when I encountered problems in the payment method but eventually it has been resolved when I registered in this forum. Many thanks to Timmers' advice. :like:

    It can all be done the same day....

    If it is carried out after the visa has been awarded and...

    If they are happy with the applicants paperwork and answers to their questions.

    So. If you dont have what they ask for that day, then you have to go back another day.



    I notice that in most cases it is not a big problem but sometimes there are difficulties.

    Best to go armed to the teeth with info including photos and details of the sponsor including divorce papers if any.
