Well the scenario where they didnt see the applicants photos actually happened. He eventually went to an appeal and won his case but with a lot of stress in between.

Bigmarco is the chap. About 2 years ago. There was more too it than that. Other stuff was way out from the evidence he submitted.

Looks like his main business is in business visas going off how much of the site is dedicated to it, could be wrong though.

I'm still siding with John on Visalogic

One of the things Visalogic did as part of the application was to quote the laws relevant to the application.

The way they put it was like this:

My client Mrs Ash, meets the requirements under this that and the other law, subsection 5 a b and c by having done this that and the other and we submit the evidence to prove it. Please see the attached this that and the other.

It looked very impressive. As in you know the laws on immigration. So do we. Heres the evidence. Give them the visa.

I still miss Peter, he made a great contribution to this site and he had a phenomenal personal background, it did appear in later times that he worked for UKBA but his history was in engineering, various kinds of engineering over the years, he was and is a smart and decent man.

Hi again Lisa. Just want to clear things out. Based on my understanding, regardless an applicant has an agency or none, he/she still needs to go to VFS Global to submit the application as well as his/her biometrics. :)

It was concluded after Bigmarcos experience that it made sense to itemise the applicants enclosed documentary evidence. Visalogic organised our application that way. A kind of list of contents. Then reference to each item or groups of items as each area of requirements is met under their respective sets of regulations / laws. In a big font and neon lights. :D

Hi JA, I was thought you do the application by yourself?? you also been in agency??.. Hmmmppp.. Even your in Agency you also need to fill up the form by yourself??.. I was thought that if you have Agency the agency will settle all your documents and application like booking or etc. and give advices on how to fill up. I got interested of your application with this Agency??... Can you tell me the details??..

That's also what i felt Lisa, But reading all their advices and Supports It give me more power and strength to reads all the documents needed for the application. There is in my mind thinking i missed something and i will fill up a wrong application. But knowing all their experiences here (as they share) i feel trusted. It sound like they can do it why not me? and they promised to me that will going to help. And i trust them, So i prefer to do all the application by myself by reading all documents needed. Rather than trust those Agencies that makes me more worried to pay and it just the same process,, And it is also a learning for me. Reading the documents, Rules and etc - i learn a lot. Its hard to TRUST AGENCY THAT ASK MONEY EVERYTIME YOU ASK ADVICE. (well i got here a free advice thanks for JA, Anne, Maharg and Timmer),, and its so embarrassing and out of patient just wait for your agency to give advice and waiting for the next step. So Better to do all the application by yourself. You will learn at the same time you not just sitting down and outpatience of waiting since you do the way and know what your next step....

Well for now im gathering all the information and documents and needed. And if there is thing i dont understand i ask people here. And they help me by their experience... ( So i trust them than those Agent site that always ask for money),....

Just Clear up your mind Lisa. And you can do it....
    God Bless to us.. hehehehe

I understand what you're saying but it's too important to get wrong. We could easily miss something out if we do it ourselves and then it will have taken months and we'll get refused - I really don't want that to happen. Every single step is complicated - all the financial stuff, how much evidence we need of our relationship, property info, all his info, etc. I read that someone's application was over an inch thick - there's just so much stuff that's needed I don't want to get any of it wrong or miss anything out. It isn't like they just call you and say 'hey this is missing, can you send it?' - they just refuse the whole thing and then you have to appeal. For me it makes sense to pay more money and let someone professional oversee it for me. The only problem is I just don't know who to go with. I guess Visa Logic but it's a shame they only have the one recommendation here.
