I just have to wait for test results. He will send off all his payslips towards the end of the month of fist week of Nov. Should I go ahead and have my TB test? or just do it when I apply for the visa at VFS Cebu
You need to have had the TB test done so you can include the certificate with your application. The certificate is valid for 6 months so yep - you can get it any time now, if you are submitting soon. As long as it covers the period of visa application and travel then it's fine.
