Rabbit is OK, it's really nice. You can cook it in many ways.

I was once offered BBQ rat

There were many rats all caught in the rice field, those guys told me it very nice and very clean to eat cos it lived in the rice field. I'm afraid I did not have the courage to try it.

I have developed a method to categorise my liking of some Philippine foods by inches !!

Thats how many inches from my mouth that I have managed to get the fork/spoon/ hand,.. before backing down !!

    Balut ... 2 inches
    Pig Ear ... 4 inches
    Chicken Feet ...10 inches
    Chicken Head .... 14 inches

Strange thing is that I'm quite a lover of "black pudding" here in England, which is basically blood, but I just can't face the stuff in the Phils. Perhaps it's watching how its prepared that puts me off.

Tried lots of other local delicacies that I really really love, and that's also measured in inches....................................................... but around my waist !!:D

16 days in London as from tomorrow...... Courtesy of working at the Ideal Home exhibition...

Jet can invite her mates around and make a dryed fish feast for everyone, I won't be around to savour the dubious emanating smells.
But I must warn her about the Air Pollution council Bylaws sooner or later...
