Looks like your typical afro carribean or Asian shop in West-London, go to Hounslow West or similar and they are standard.

Unfortunately so. We called into ours a couple of days ago. They sell big 500gram tubs of 10% Greek yoghourt so we bought two of those, a mango for the 8 yo and some vedge including bitter melon.

We would be spoilt for choice there then.

Moderation? Sometimes you have to balance other requirements against carbs.

Depends, I'm on a low carb diet. Health reasons. My body burns fat rather than carbs for fuel. I was 100 kg in January now 80 Kg. Although I'm not losing as much at the moment.

Moderation. Define moderation. By what yardstick do we go by? If we eat carbohydrates in moderation then we moderately kill ourselves perhaps. :D

Where is this? If it is in London, I cannot go there anymore :( as I recently moved to Leeds. :)

    Define extremes.

A moderate temperature here in the U.K. would not be considered moderate in the Philippines. Moderate is a useless and relative term. I know, we use it all the time but without a revenue to a scale it is useless.

You can kill yourself moderately though. I take that back. It’s a useless expression and useless in terms of the food we eat.

Read this to illustrate the point when it comes to moderation in food intake:

This is on Merseyside. You will have many choices in Leeds and surrounding towns and cities a great ethnic mix area.

It explains why moderation in the context of food is useless. It would help you understand when clearly you dont.
