Just had Liempo for dinner. The Mrs does it so it’s quite crunchy.

There must be something to this… imagine if it was repeated at every surgery across the land..

Mrs Ash’s wife is now doing “Dirty Keto”. It seems to be working as she has lost 10kg in weight in just a coup,e of months. Mrs Ash is coaching her :D. Her blood pressure results have given her a wake up call.

I did a 18-6 fast yesterday and lost almost a kilo. Not intentional I went to have my ears syringed and I had to wait 6 hours for the doctor when I got home it was 2 pm. Just had 1 meal.

Nothing to do with keto but microsuction is an excellent alternative to syringing.

That's what my doctor used, not sure what it was called. I have my ears unwaxed every 2 years. He's a ENT surgeon

News from the Philippines. Brother in law in his early forties, suffering from a range of conditions including gallstones, fatty liver disease, obesity and probably more I would wager (probably insulin resistant and high blood sugar and blood pressure). He has to have his gall bladder removed as it is affecting his pancreas. It sounds like the rot has set in at an earlier age. The solution? Too late for his gall bladder but the rest can be dealt with with dietary change. The first problem for him then is to recognise what dietary changes he needs to implement.

Looks like he will be getting a big bill for the gall bladder removal which Mrs Ash is financing.
