Permanently is the answer, after marriage and you have obtained the first FLR

Just bear in mind that the online application is the easy bit and to make sure the rest of your application is prepared before you hit the submit button and pay the visa fee.

mark---read and thoroughly understand the appendix--pages 14-18 explain what you need to submit. be extra careful with your financial requirements---can i ask which you are going to use ? this is often where applications fail---there is simply no room for error here. the financial requirements are mandatory.

also--your accommodation details---make sure its all correct. ask questions----theres a wealth of experience here.

well I relatively new to this and as you know its a very confusing process so I am trying to gain as much help as I can

if you mean which one....we was going to use 3A...I work and earn more than £18,600.00 per year...as for accommodation I rent a 1 bed 4 room flat

you will need written consent from your landlord permitting your partner to also live there.----also 6 months tenancy to run from the date of your application---or a written offer to renew the tenancy .

I have a tenancy from 2010 it just keeps running ongoing like....is that good enuff ?

I have a letter from my employer stating my wage job title etc also 2 years P60's and 2 years worth of wage slips

no--get a letter --as i mentioned---just to be on the safe side. never ever take anything for granted with your visa app. its your money at stake remember.

6 months of wahe slips are required. The last wage slips being no more than 28 days old (i think) when you submit the application. The latest P60 is required. You need a letter off your boss too stating length of employment etc.

fill the online application form in, pay for the visa and print off the application form
book an appointment to see the visa officer in Manila
print off and fill Appendix 2


Applicant’s Information:
· Applicant’s letter of introduction
· Applicant’s current passport and a certified copy signed
· Recent TB test
· English test certificate (which has picture ID on it)
· Birth certificate
Two passport sized colour photograph

Sponsor’s Information:
· Sponsors form filled in
· Sponsor’s letter of introduction (make sure it corresponds with the applicant's)
· Copy of sponsor’s passport certified signed
·

Financial Information (Category A):
· Sponsor’s payslips x 6
· Bank statements (corresponding with payslips)
· P60
· Employment contracts
· letter from my employer

Accommodation Information:
· Tenancy agreement and other informatiom
· Copies of my bank statements showing rent payments
· Landlord letter stating my partner can move in
· Pictures of flat

Marriage Information:
· Correspondances showing we are arranging our marriage when we are together


Our Communications:
· details of my 2 other flights to meet up
· details showing phone calls via whatts app & messenger / face commets etc
· Pictures of our meets and family pictures

the above is what I think is what I have to do or what I need......please advise me whats missing etc

Proof you have at least 6 months tenancy still to run...or a letter from landlord confirming you will be offered this.

if I get the letter from the landlord is what I said enuff to cover all that I need to do and submit for the visa application
