    Hello Daisy. This is the info I got form British Council:
    IELTS Fee
    The current test fee is Php 8,986. From 01 September 2015, the IELTS test fee will be Php9,400.

    Beginning 01 September 2015, candidates who will register four weeks before their preferred test date will be entitled to avail of the discount and freebie coupons that will give exclusive access to a wide range of learning resources and test preparation materials.

    The TB Screening fee is still Php 3,200 according to the UKVI website.
