Getting ready for FLR

Hi there, Im in the site where we will going to book my appointment to the Premium Service, when im in the step 3 Confirmation of my IHS, it lead me to the Health Surcharge Site payment, but i already paid it and had the Confirmation email, im looking a page where i can put my IHS Number. but there nothing, it always bring me back to the HS payments site.
Please help,..

ohhhhh God, im stock in the Health Surcharge payment in my application? what is it? I payed the Health Surcharge last week and already have an IHS, but i cant book the appointment because it always lead me to the IHS REFERENCE NUMBER UNCONFIRMED, why is it?? ohhhh...
