Im bit confused now with the BRP thing, do i also need to pay BRP once im already in liverpool Premium Service Centre???? Or its already included in my £1,049 premium service fee??

We also have question about the guidance note that makes us confused as it says ...
"For Applications made in person at Premium Service Centre, total fee includes a £100 appointment fee, which maybe retained should the applicant fail to attend their appointment without good reason. Please note that you cannot pay by cheque pr postal order if your are making an application in person using the Premium Service."
Is it mean that the £100 appointment fee include the £1049 Premium Service fees?? Just want to make it clear,, i will be shock when i arrived in the LiverPool Premium Service Centre they asked me to pay something??

Yes it's included. You also stated so in the quote "total fee includes a £100 appointment fee"

Yes first and only FLR that she will do. Our route is spousal visa so ILR will hopefully be next.

So after 2 year and 6 months (this FLR) she can apply an Indifinite leave to remain?? So we only apply FLR once then???

There's lots to understand and digest. Try not to overload yourself with all the info in one sitting, digest slowly and then not to get too stressed :)

Only 1 FLR on spousal visa. Fiancée visa (where a partner comes to the UK to get married) has 2 FLR

Don't worry shengsei1990, you can use a lot of the same paperwork you submitted for your Fiance visa, we found it quite easy because of this. The service at Liverpool is quite fast and painless, you will feel really good when you walk out of the door visa in hand :)

As HaloHalo says, just post any questions here, you have nothing to worry about :)

Hi there, im confused on filling up the form in the FLR(M). At the momment we passed this documents in the Premium services im already Married right. So do i need to fill it in using my Maiden name or my marraige name. Weve been arguing with my fiancee she said i should not lie in filling in this kind of legal information since we already married i should used that information then. Im having a hard time to explain to him why i need to fill up the form using my maiden name..... Can u help me? Is there a site in the immigration site saying that i should used my maiden name when filling up this form???

Use your married name although your BRP will still show your maiden name if that is the name in your passport.

Use the name that is in your passport. Put the other name in the section asking for other names if you have documents in both names.

We applied for flr using the maiden name because the passport was in that name.

If it's causing arguments, best thing is, once married, change your passport to your married name and then apply using that name as it will be the name in the passport.
