Have a couple of days veggie a week, it's OK, but I enjoy meat too much. Screenshot_20220502_103811.jpg

Dairy cheese vs vegan cheese: Dairy cheese is a high protein food, rich in calcium, vegan cheese = low protein, no calcium. Verdict: vegan cheese is not nutritionally equivalent to dairy cheese.

Recommended by an NHS GP practising in Hounslow who has more than 20years of clinical experience:

You will appreciate that Hounslow has a high percentage of Indians amongst the population and GPs in this region or similar are dealing with high percentages of poor metabolic health.

And Albanians, poles, Latvians, Pakistanis, Syrians.........probably even a partridge in a pear tree and two calling doves, horrendous area, I went there to see a specialist about my knee before I had surgery. I think your going to be waiting weeks for a doctors appointment.

Exactly. There are a lot of GPs taking early retirement owing to the sheer workload. However some GPs are getting around this by slashing the queues at their door and reducing their drugs bill by advocating lifestyle changes instead of prescribing medicine. It works. And for those GPs that do, they are getting a tremendous amount of job satisfaction fixing peoples health. :like:
