I used to walk past there several times a week on my way to my customer, I parked in a car park to your left in the picture (Castle Terrace) and then would walk through the gardens to get up onto Princes Street then up the hill a bit to the private bank I was working for. Do you mean the river one? I've never been in Dean Village as far as I know although it is really close to lots of places I have been to.
