Vistor visa for newley weds

My wife is not working here in Dubai. I will be able to submit letter from my employers, actually the Government of Dubai, stating that I will be on leave for a certain period, returning on a particular date. We own land and a house in Philippines.

A letter from the Government of Dubai and owning land and property in the Philippines will add weight to your wife's application for sure

So if i meet the requirements they can.not.refuse me.a a spouse visa? So.it would not matter if my wife was in the uk on a vistor visa or in the philippines i could apply and it would be approved if ny paperwork is in order?

If this was the case what benefit would it be.to me to.spend the next six.months apart from my wife when she could be with me? Before her vistor visa would expire we could apply.for.a spouse visa?

Your wife can only apply for a spouse visa when she is out of the UK, not here in the UK on a visit visa.
