It looks pretty grim, again. After all the calamities that befall the Philippines, I still cannot understand how they can keep on smiling.

Pagasa says there's a 25% chance that the typhoon will veer to the north and make landfall on Japan and not the Philippines. On the other hand, there's a 75% chance it will make landfall here in which case they're predicting southern Samar and Leyte to be badly hit.

The PNP earlier this evening circulated a warning stating that Hagupit was forecast to be a worse typhoon than Yolanda and urged those in the "target area" to prepare survival kits.

Hope it spins north towards Japan. Got a flight to Manila, then to Dumaguete this Friday. Looks more likely I might get stranded in China. What a place to sit it out!

Northern Leyte, they are moving out to evacuation centres.

    Four metre storm surges predicted,
(13 feet and 1 and 1501/3125 inches in real money).

Well if it carries on thats all the people still in the emergency shelters (tarpauline) wiped out!! Tacloban and other areas on the east coasts will be back to square one again and it'll be a repeat of 13 months ago. This will not end well.

Looks like central Visaya will miss, only just, if it keeps on that path. Manila will get hit, and Tacloban. Governments had 13 months to sort it out and all that money. Poor Filipinos not their fault. I really feel sorry for them. The Government hang your head in shame, useless bunch of corrupt "***^""*.
