    Manchester* - February 15

(* in view of logistics constraints, the Consular Outreach Mission initially scheduled on this date in Liverpool has been cancelled)

    Belfast - March 15

Isle of Man - April 26-27

    Dublin - May 17-18

    Cardiff - July

    Glasgow - September 20-21

    Dublin - October 18-19

These Missions are intended to provide the following services:

    • E-passport application
    • Civil registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage)
    • Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship
Those requiring passport services are requested to fill out the attached Passport Service Request Form and send the same to the Embassy via email to embassy@philemb.co.uk or fax to 02079309787. Please note that families need to send one (1) request form only, listing the names and details of members who will apply.

The data collected shall serve as basis for organizing the requests, with priority to be based on passport expiry date and special needs (such as first-time passport applicants and replacement of lost and damaged passports). The Embassy can accommodate a maximum of 350 passport applications per outreach. Applicants included in the outreach will receive a confirmation e-mail closer to the date of the outreach.

Further information, including venue and opening times, will be announced later.

Well. Its game on. So Mrs Ash is going to renew her passport at the Philippine Embassy Outreach visit here, where they will be staying a 10 minute walk from our apartment. Easier than flying to London or getting the ferry to Liverpool etc. Very convenient for us.

Just filling out the forms now. Basically, we send them the form and details in advance. They arrive here at the end of April as representation from the Philippine Embassy in London and we pay them etc etc. They leave here with my wifes passport application and a return Special Delivery envelope and post Mrs Ash her new Filipino passport. Save us a journey.

No. If I had won it I would have given it to someone else on the forum. I am just jotting this stuff down as I go.

Its useful info Stu. Handy if you dont want to go to London to replace the Mrs passport. I realise there isnt a lot of interest just now but in the future someone might well find it useful. I believe one can do Citizenship this way. Again useful. Whilst a trip down to London might be great for some, for us we didnt want for me to take time off work, ferry costs and hotel costs.

Am also fishing on the offchance that someone else has used this service. As I am feeling my way in with it.

This is all in the light of her new passport getting cancelled at Citizenship anyway so we really dont want to spend a fortune on her passport renewal.

    Services include :

    •e-PASSPORT APPLICATIONS (for scheduled applicants)
•CIVIL REGISTRATION ( Reports of Birth, Marriage or Death)
•NOTARIZATION and LEGALIZATION SERVICES (Affidavits, SPAs, etc)
    •NBI CLEARANCE FORM SERVICING (Fingerprinting)
•ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION FOR VISA TO THE PHILIPPINES
    •PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP RETENTION/RE-ACQUISITION
•ASSISTANCE-TO-NATIONALS and ADVICE ON PHILIPPINE LAWS
•VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS and ADVISE ON EMPLOYMENT / LABOUR-RELATED MATTERS
•OWWA ON-SITE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION and OEC ISSUANCE
    •PAG-IBIG MEMBERSHIP

Got word on Sunday, through F.A.I.M. (Filipino Association of Isle of Man) that its game on. My wife has a slot booked for next saturday for a Filipino passport replacement and name change. Just a 15 minute walk down the road. Hope it goes according to plan.
