    when you pay online you will see a list of available days and time slots.

    I don't know, its a couple of years back I used the service so I don't remember, @bigmac should be able to tell you.

    no--the dates and times menu come up after you pay. is it really worth paying for same day service in your case ?

    Hi guys i have a question on section 1: 1.4 Your full name as in your passport or travel document. - then i wrote my full nAme

    But in 1.5 surname or family name: im confuse if it my married surname or maiden name.

    use the name thats in your passport.

    Hi i already paid the health surcharge but the premium service wont allow me to click continue to book my appointment.. Pls help

    Did you pay the surcharge on the premium centre website?

    we just paid the health surcharge first then i got an email that confirms my ihs number

    I was under the impression that you paid the NHS surcharge at the same time as booking the premium service, on the same website.

    @bigmac should be able to help as he went through the process only last week, wait for his post.

    I need help :( because my visa will be expired on july.. So i should book my appointment as soon as possible.. I cannot click save and continue when trying to book an appointment.. It just want me to click go to ihs website but i already paid the health surcharge

    I'm pretty sure you have to pay the surcharge as part of the premium centre booking process not pay the surcharge separately on the NHS Surcharge website.

    If your limited on time then book premium and IHS together then claim back your original IHS payment?

    It wont let me book my premium appointment.. Unless i paid my ihs again.. And i already paid it.. Under section apply to remain with family there is a check if how much i need to pay then pay health surcharge..

    You should have paid it on the same website as the premium centre, pay again as HaloHalo has suggested then claim the first payment back.

    @Methersgate may be able to advise you on getting the money back as he paid the surcharge by mistake a few months back.

    Hi my hubby already called the ihs for refund and it will take up to 1 month to claim the money back.. My visa will expired on july..
