I thought Rooney had a stinker, should have scored in the second half, but made a goal from a cross. Where is the will to win when you are 2-1 behind and walking around the pitch - looking as though you have all the time in the world when there are only 10 minutes to go??? Also, passing backwards!! When I was a football manager I used to say to my players -'If I see you playing the wrong way, you will not wear that shirt next week!!!' Funny one this morning, over the PA system on the oil rig someone (unknown but everyone knows who it is ) announced at 6.30 am the England v Italy result, as if us Englanders didnt already know, then said " any English fans wishing to discard their teams shirts should dispose of them in the recycling bin". Yesterday someone put the flag of Italy in the tea shack, some English guy wrote underneath in bold letters "Jock ****z". Great banter to be had by all in the good old North Sea. Fair game I thought, Rooney should be left out of the next game or played in a position he is comfortable with. Its not over until the fat lady sings

Mrs Me is being far too supportive of Germany for my liking. Something to do with her sister living there or something. It's not on. I've told her in no uncertain terms that supporting the Germans is illegal in this country but she's having none of it.
Yeh. My wife has some likes and dislikes. She doesnt like Joe Hart but likes David De Gea. She dislikes Luis Suarez. I am not sure for any real reason. Just because she does.
