That's dreadful!! They must be ripping people off on a daily basis :/ Are they OISC registered, I wonder?

They are, obviously doesn't make a great deal of difference.

I've always been a big believer in giving people a second chance but the mistakes they made with Mahargs application were unforgiveable.

Yes. If you look on their website under accreditation you will see the OISC logo.

My guess is that it was just before the new rules came in so they had a lot of sudden applications so just got any old person in to help with the backlog regardless of whether or not they actually knew anything.

Actually they're on there under 'CV Immigration Ltd' - I searched the address. That's a worry then - I guess the OISC accreditation doesn't mean much.

The other significant point with OISC is that there are 3 levels with 3 being the top level.

Well, it must be obvious that in an effort to get it right with my wifes spouse visa we used a Fil Brit forum, an Immigration Agent, VFS and the Isle of Man Immigration authorities. We certainly hedged our bets.

No happy campers there too, the couple of posts praising the company seemed a bit dodgy too. Looks like the company is run by a bunch of Indians going off all the names banded around.

The hilarious thing about those praising posts is that you have the same post posted twice under two different user names.
