It should be an interesting game.
Italian teams usually build up slowly and that is what Man City have become also.
It all depends who has the power and inspiration in the opponent's box.
I think City will win 2-1.

That F.A. Cup final loss to Man City really rattled you, John (Mattecube)
I know how that feels - I was in Wembley to see Liverpool beat Everton 3-1 in 1986 and we were in front at half-time (from a Walkers Crisp goal).

How on earth do you know the result of a football match rattled me? Not putting food on my families table would rattle me, being unemployed would rattle me as would if I had poor health or a sense of loneliness.
The result of a football match nah!
People will bash a football club for two main reasons, it’s trendy to do so or/jealousy of what they the club they bash have achieved above what club they follow have managed.

Everton were in three consecutive FA Cup finals in the 1980's:
    1984 Won against Watford
    1985 Lost to Man Utd
    1986 Lost to Liverpool
    and also
    1989 Lost to Liverpool

I just know by your replies.
The sky blues are really getting on top of United these days.
Never mind, I've had it with the neighbours across Stanley Park for many years.

    You're right, John.
Chelsea are much better than my team, Everton, though

Yup congrats to City they didn't play well but got the job done in the end!

Couple of very nervy moments at the end

There have now been four Premier League winners of the UEFA Champions League since it was formed, Manchester United (twice; in 1998/99 and 2007/08 - seems a very long time ago now :D), Liverpool (twice; 2004/05 and 2018/19), Chelsea (twice; 2011/12 and 2020/21) and Manchester City 2022/23.

Yes city didn't play well... Inter set themselves up to stifle city and it worked really well... but later in the game a couple of gaps appeared and once city got the goal it should have been all over... fortunately Lukaku missed a sitter later and Edersen saved the day.

I know the time difference between the UK and the Philippines thanks!

The euphoric moment that comes when the team you follow win the Champions league is one to savour and sometimes never recaptured and some are giving it the zzzzzs haha
