I cannot reconcile prices in the Uk and "tariffs" imposed if we go out of the EU...

A BMW in Belgium is normally at least 4/5k cheaper than in the UK........
    Other cars exactly the same.
A land Rover Evoque was imported from Belgium by one of my customer with right hand drive and all bells and whistles for 8k less than from a british showroom.....

I can almost imagine Japanise car taking over that segment of luxury saloons and sport cars dominated by the germans and chines MG making inroads... Damn that MG6 is quite a good number......... 14k on the road..

heres a plan to curtail the issue
State benefits to be paid in line with the applicants country of origin.
No free NHS unless born in the UK
    No free housing
anyone caught employing illegals £1 million fine per head and if cant pay deported or jailed for a minimum of 20 years per head, all company assets stock (turned into money) and cash given to the nhs
No sectorised schooling only mainstream no free uniform no free dinners

Not letting them in at all would save the hassle :)

To which I would add - No exportable benefits: for example, Child Benefit and Child Tax Credits can only be claimed for children permanently domiciled in the UK.

Well, at the moment people from the EU can claim chid benefit and send it back to their kids at home in Poland for example.

    Totally wrong.

What about "British jobs for British workers", when local skills are available.

Merkel admits she got the immigrant policy wrong and is distancing herself from some of the " we can manage it " comments she made at the time. Goodbye Mrs M!!

She made a bad decision when she agreed to let all those refugees into Germany, at least she has put her hand up and accepts the responsibility

The problem with refugees is that they are an unknown quantity, you don't know anything about them and you probably never will.

And most of them are not refugees, they are migrant chancers.

So, what do you think she is going to do now for atonement???????
    Flagellate herself with hawthorn branches???

Singlehandedly, with her teutonic arrogance, she has messed it up for millions of people in several European countries.

The freedom of movement has now been set aside, thus stopping migrants from moving northward.....
Thousand piling up in northern Greece, and northern and western Italy, waiting for borders to reopen
And Europe wants Britain to open up borders for every tom dick and harry while the rest of them refuse to allow migrants in their own back yards.

About time they round up economic migrants, and ship them back.

I'm afraid its a case of "Hobson's Choice" she has no alternative other than to grin and bear it and hope that no more terrorist pop up as in recent weeks who were part of the mass migration into Germany.

Anyone with half a brain realises that letting so many so called refugees into their country spells danger, no good will come of it.

I was quite impressed with May's speech earlier today where she basically said that it is up to each country if they want to let refugees into their country, shouldn't be up to outfits like the EU to impose quotas on countries.
