FLR /M English language requirements ?

    Ask your partner about adding your name in the council tax. If he don't want to then it doesn't matter.

    If you have a bank account then there is no reason why you can't get a joint account at the same bank.

    For utilities use EDF if you want joint names. They are the easiest to do that.
