I think the application form is a little different now. But Timmers outlined a list a day or so ago.

Does you Fiancee / Hubby own a property or rent? It makes a difference.

Have a look at this mans list of paperwork...his was a Spouse visa but the accomodation bit will be the same for either visa type.

"I had a housing report done from the council and have also included a letter from my landlord along with a new tenancy explaining this will come into place when my spouse is here. But I havent taken any pics as didnt feel nessacary when inspection report shows more then adequat. Do you think I should include photos?

If everything sounds good to you all. Then im ready to go and have created a table of docs which if someone could just have a look at and let me know if its to much, not enough or mssing something that would be great.

And lastly on the day when we apply what exactly do we need to print off and fill in?

My fiancee is just Rented. And his planning to moved in a new flat where i can stay, because the flat he is staying now near the city centre is just for 1 person...
So right now he is looking for a place to moved in where i can stay...
How long staying in the place he is staying is inquired??...

It doesn't matter that he is moving to a new flat, he just has to submit a Tenancy Agreement that has at least six months to run on it, basically that six months covers your six month Fiancee visa. An important document to submit as well is his council tax bill with the new flat address on it.
I have moved recently to just outside a medium sized town so that my girlfriend will easily be able to commute when she finds work. In addition to this she can walk just for five minutes to where all the shopping centres are, she will be happy with that, I hope :)

Oh, another thing to mention if you are applying for a Fiancee visa whilst your boyfriend is moving flats, make a point on the additional notes that there may be paperwork submitted with two addresses on. This is what I did because, for example I had wage slips showing one address and utility bills showing another, that's why I made a point of it in the additional notes section, I didn't want to give them an excuse to decline our application.

If you look at the Vaf4a part 9, there you can put any additional information there regarding your application. In my case I was moving houses so I made a point there stating that I was submitting paperwork with two different addresses on it so they didn't get confused.

If your boyfriend is moving house now he may be in the same situation as I was, just making a point really, maybe it doesn't apply to you.
