Extending Family Visa in UK

    Probably takes longer to get British passports. Think it is potentially 16 weeks. We did spouse visa application with dependents end of September and got visa early January. Did get married in UK on visit visa and then did application in Philippines when got back.

    You should use what you've heard as a guide each application is different so the timescales may vary.
    I would go passports first then your application. (1)
    Other routes have more visa applications and more travel and potentially more cost, and even potentially greater periods of seperation.
    Read the link I posted UKGOV say about 3 weeks to get a child passport after application even if you tripled it it's 9 weeks once passports applied for get married at some point sort spouse visa out and wait till kids passports come back complete spouse visa with their info and wait spouse visa.
