Take a look at HTC! Premium bodies, not the plastic feel that Samsung have.

Try the nokia 3310, its one of the best phones on the planet, and you'll enjoy tapping the buttons, its a very materialistic phone, so is good for you :)

No thank you! I don't need any suggestion/opinion from you! Your taste will degrade me from my Amigas! not a chance you can't understand as my husband like to keep me looking elegant! and not to keep me locked up at home and get isolated!

Agreed with both of you :) my wife is currently writing her part in the dirty kitchen at the moment. Sorry mods I didn't know you had a specific thread for this. It's a great thing to have. :)

Somewhat tongue in cheek (or is it?). But the obvious answer is a Mac can run Windows, but a PC can't run Mac OS (unless you do it illegally and unreliably... why would you).

I have an iPhone 4S and iPad 3rd Gen, wife had iPhone 4 and iPad 2. We also have Apple TV.
I prefer the iPhone to the Samsung Galaxy, it seems more stable and intuitive, everything seems a lot simpler.
I am getting annoyed in recent months with the updates which seem to have totally slowed down our devices and caused apps to regularly fail/crash. We are at the point of resetting the phones to factory settings and not doing any updates. I am sure it's all a ploy to make you upgrade the phone, which we won't do until something significant comes up.

The Apple TV is superb , we run BBC iPlayer on the iPad via a VPN and hit mirror, comes through perfectly on the TV with sound etc. The kids also like playing on YouTube with it. I am sure the newer smart TVs will take over this functionality.

As for Apple Macs, I have tried but am not converted. I still have a Windows PC, and run iTunes on it, although iTunes for windows is pretty crap.

The house I setup with airplay speakers which all link together with the devices, iTunes and Apple TV and is great for parties.

I do think though that Apple peaked, and now is in decline. A few years ago I would have accepted that I pay a premium for Apple products because they are robust and reliable, but in the last 12 months that opinion has changed.

But I still think that the Samsung Galaxy is crap.

For durability and reliability and holding their value, I have found Apple products to be great.

Thats because they are overpriced in the first place. :like:

If they were overpriced in the first place then surely they would lose value quickly?
