    If you want to spend Christmas together then I suggest that your boyfriend visits you in the Philippines, save the hassle and the stress of applying for visas until you are ready to apply for a Spouse/Fiancée visa.

    Definitely worth applying imo. Having a child is certainly a compelling reason to return. The cost is low so as you have a reason it's worth a shot. If you have no reason though - pointless. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

    I hope it all works out for you.
    If you do not satisfy all of the requirements they will probably refuse the visitor visa.
    Best if your man visits you in Phils.
