i had the feeling the poster was just winding us up--too much not right with his story--and googling the username did it for me--so i called him a troll.
Skellum means rascal or scoundrel but there is no guarentee that handle has been picked referring to himself, maybe he is talking about himself but it's hard to tell why people pick their handles Malcolm, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

A Pinay with 4 children on her hands is unlikely to be able to work in UK she already has a full time job, the older ones will find it very difficult to settle into a British School, likely they would have to go into special needs classes to get them up to speed if that could even be managed, likely their intelligence has been wrecked by the Philippine Schools they have attended? One time we nearly lost a flight when my 10.5yr old stepson was refusing to get on a short domestic flight he was sobbing his heart out, I decided we would take the ferry one way and return by plane for his benefit to get the chance to fly for the very first time? My own relationship here in PH has not worked out all that well for me, this dancing head of mine has got me into trouble yet again.
So many young girls are in this situation due to having the reproduction system of an adult and the brains of a 10yr old? The same applies to the males that sire the Children.
Think it might also have a little bit to do with the age of consent only just being raised from 12 to 16 in 2020 But add in the heat, the drink, drugs skimpy and loose clothing and close proximity that the majority of poorer Filipinos grow up with and it's a recipe for... disaster.
Sounds dodgy to me a woman with 4 kids , having been through the visa system etc and lived for 10 years in the phils, i would advise meeting a single lady with no kids and forgetting a woman with 4 kids from filipino dad especially if he is trouble, there are thousands of single pretty girls in the phils with no kids, even virgins well into their 30s i have seen them , some work and don't have the time to find a boyfriend, my advice go to Phils either Angeles City or Cebu and experience the life there and find a nice girl who does not have any baggage, there are thousands of single girls working on clark base in the factories dying to find a foreign b/f also the malls full of pretty girls all looking as they call it, try it you will forget about a woman with 4 kids and all the problems that will incur unless you are a gluton for punishment... and problems
Yes, taking on 4 children is madness for most men unless he is an exceptionally patient man and there aren't many of those around especially when kids "kick off". I've got two of my own and they can be a nightmare at times.
As my post has been updated for me I'll let you all know that ultimately it didn't work out. I'm sure some of you will jeer and say I told you so but the key reason was that her situation was confusing to me, she is a lovely lady and the kids are polite and well mannered so I actually had no qualms with any of that however the crazy ex essentially controlling her life and her and her family simply allowing it, I couldn't get my head around. We are still friendly and can talk to each other but I've told her that continuing the LDR at this time just isn't viable for us. My plan continues though. Good news is that I'm headed back soon and my flights are already booked! This time I'll be there for a month so that should hopefully give me a good sense of 'life in the Phils'. I actually want to look at Condos/property whilst there (even rental) to see if its viable to get a base of operations for the times I'm hoping to be in the Phils. I've already made plans to rent/sublet my house to family in my absence which should pay off my mortgage/bills here and allow me to live a life there. I've also (respectfully) reactivated the account I had on the site I used last time and said I'm looking for friends and connections to guide me around/give me suggestions of places to visit. Onwards and upwards.

FWIW, I went over to the Philippines many times before I got the measure of it and managed to steer clear of ladies of the night and had quite a few dates until I met the woman who was to become my wife. I had travelled extensively around the world before that so I was a seasoned traveller and not wet behind the ears and had seen a lot of men make all sorts of mistakes so I formulated a plan which I put into practise rather quickly when I met her when I was in my early fifties. (I used to wait for her to arrive for work in a restaurant there and moved very quickly when she returned the interest.) I also wanted children so this propelled me forwards. You are a young man and the world is your oyster so I wish you all the luck in the world as you discover the delights of the East You will have so many opportunities over there. Now you are taking a far more sensible approach, the only advise I will give you is get as far away from Manila as possible, get over to the Visayas and Mindanao or any of the provinces, don't listen to any scare stories about Mindanao, when I first went to Manila and said to my friends there I am travelling to Mindanao, they said ohhhh you don't want to visit Mindanao they don't like foreigners, that is total bullsh*t, if you want to sow some wild oats then visit Angeles where there are plenty of fields .
Go to Angeles City or Cebu where there are plenty of expats around and girls, after a bit of experience then try the province, i hated it there but i like my home comforts proper food and entertainment. Remember the bar girls are for fun only and have filipino B/Fs or T birds at home, not wife material, although some of my mate s have married them, head for Night moves bar Angeles or Hang Out bar or anywhere on perimeter road, leave walking street for the Koreans, go to S.M mall to find nice girls also plenty of choice in age range and beauty/
I love Mindanao. Actually considering moving to Davao. I have a good friend there already and felt extremely safe whilst visiting there last time. My ex is from Zamboanga which again I actually didn't feel any danger but it is a muslim populated area which isn't really my jam. Heard a lot about Angeles but without meaning to offend anyone, that really isn't my 'scene'... much more happy with the province/genuine filipino life.
however the crazy ex essentially controlling her life and her and her family simply allowing it, I couldn't get my head around. but--is he an ex ? Bearing in mind no divorce over there. I bet he considered you as his future meal ticket.
I visited Angeles once, that was enough. I like Mindanao and my wife comes from Bukidnon province a small town a few miles from Maramag, Dumaguete on Negros is my personal favourite I would suggest that you try to visit there and even investigate property, enjoy your next visit and please keep us updated.
I explained this previously, They aren't married, he is married to someone else. Guy has no interest in me or my money benefiting him, quite the opposite as he'd rather I disappeared so that he could try to force a relationship with her whilst painting the picture of a 'loving' family on social media. A very sad man tbh.
