I am new on this forum and enjoying the helpful and friendly (mostly...) atmosphere here. From what I can see a lot, if not most, of the members here are living in UK. It would be interesting to know how many are living in UK, how many in Philippines and anywhere else. Can the mods help here, or can we organise a poll to get an idea of the ratio? Thanks, David
Your assumption is correct. UK, Philippines and Middle East are the predominant locations (and in that order). Oh and wherever @Dave_E is Not everyone wants to declare where they are but those who do put it in their profile which is then reflected here: http://www.british-filipino.com/index.php?usermap/
I live in a village near York, and I spend time between there and our house in Pangasinan, Philippines.
It seems to be working on Chrome on my fone okay. What is not working, the marker pins? Does it show the count of marker pins at the very top of the map?
I'm using the latest version (53.0) of Chrome (64-bit) under Windows 7 and neither the marker pins nor the count are displayed; the world map is, though.
I'm guessing it's something local to you. I have tried on 4 browsers and all are okay (including Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 m - Win10 - 32bit OS/64bit machine). Have you got access via some other browser and/or device? If not, possibly clear Chrome's data?
It's definitely a Chrome 64-bit thing. Firefox works fine but has a problem with MailOnline's automatic page refreshes.
Ah ok. I was unable to check with 64bit. I have seen updates on Chrome affecting sites before. Hopefully the next update will resolve it.
