Good morning, I need some advice about which category my fiancee belong. My fiancee is a self employed which is he has his own business (sole trader ) but this business is for help of his daily needs ( sweets vending machines) and also he's is Woking at power station , this job is only temporary . he paid weekly and it's only 6 weeks. As I observed him this past few days he's busy doing his pension papers . I found out that he has a pension soon to be received.. For accommodation , I guess we don't have a problem with that coz he owned his house with Mortgage paper . Actually I am so blessed this year. My visit visa was granted and I am now here in UK . Guys, can you suggest what category we belong in this situation? We will apply soon spouse Visa after our marriage . God bless xxx
It seems as though your husband has many ways of meeting the financial requirement. Although I would suggest you apply under Income from Self-employment (complete either Section 3.58 Category F o Section 3.59 Category G depending on how you intend to meet the financial requirement). If your husband is earning the required income under Self-employment then I suggest you go for that category. You don't need to disclose all earning not related to self-employment if this alone will meet the financial requirement as this might cause confusion to the ECO.
Hello @Brom27 Thanks to your reply . Yeah I think your suggestions is very to fit to us. but Im a bit afraid coz his payslip is only 6 weeks then 2 after months he's jobless but still he has a vending machines .. I'm just worried of his job coz its temporary only but he got paid weekly 500 to £600. is this job satisfies his financial requirements ?
If your husband's self-employment can meet the required income alone then you don't need to worry about the income on his other job. Can you confirm if your husband meets the required income for self-employment? I'm not really an expert on financial matter so more knowledgeable members here might be able to help you with your concern. Just explain what your situation is all about.
Be very careful, applying where the sponsor is self employed is more complicated than applying using Category A salaried employment. He needs to clearly show that he meets the financial requirement through a paper trail, @Maharg can probably give you some pointers, looking at your post tells me that his financial situation is a little messy and some clarity needs to come to the fore.
T Thank you @Timmers . Yeah thats why I clarify first before we prepare our documents. We still have more time to prepare. hehehehehe. Yep it's bit frustration . But atleast I've seen the real snow last week. Hahahahah .
Its a great experience for us Brits to see someone who has never experienced snow before, we find it quite amusing If its a bad winter we always say that snow should be on Christmas cards only
Ahahahahah everyday I'm always praying that hopefully on December my first white Christmas will snow again. ahahhaha.. I am at North now so expected there will be snow because arctic air .. I wanna Go Scotland but my fiancee is very busy of his work. But it's okay coz he promise me , we will go London after 6 weeks jobs .Yey. See you London Bridge aha x
