Hi My Filipina partner has a multi entry 6month UK visit visa due to expire on 22nd November. She has visited the UK once already for 2 weeks. Can she travel on the visit visa upto the end of the 6month period, so let’s say travel back to PI on 21st November in this case?? Thanks
Sounds correct to me. As long as she leaves the UK on, or before, the Date of Expiry of the Tourist/Visitor Visa. I don't have personal experience, but I'm sure someone on here can advise what would happen if an 'unexpected event' occurred - such as 'Covid' or an illness/accident - that prevented them leaving the UK. It might be worth having an idea of the date they want to depart and booking a ticket, in case such an 'unexpected event' occurred, it would show they had the intention to leave within the time limit of the Visa - but maybe I'm just being over cautious...!
Thanks!! BTW, I would always the the paid return ticket. Immigration last time coming though was full of questions/interrogation. Return ticket being one of them.
