As regards marriage annulments, I don't think it will be too long now before divorce is a legal option for all in the Phils. The Vatican and the Pope seem to want RC Church in the Phils to get with the times or so it appears.

If you need an annulment lawyer PM me for details.

I understand the going rate for getting a husband to co.operate in an annulment is one million pp. Work that out at 62 to the £. He I'll think Xmas came early.

Cut and run pal. There are millions of single women over there who will do anything to get into Britain.

The good news is that the Husband seems far from squeaky clean, so as long as he knows that you know and can prove his philandering ways, he might be reluctant to go to the authorities.

Why would they kill the goose that lays the golden egg? Annulment is just a very expensive divorce that only the rich can afford. Or those with British boyfriends.

Well here is my ray of light in this cave of darkness, shes adamant that the threat of adultery against her means he wont put up much of a fight, not only that but he cant afford to put up a fight in the first place

Filipino cupid is the scurge of the internet, some guy who has obviously got nothing better to do with his life has posted a pie chart on You tube and reckons that 94/100 girls on there are fake, but if your dumb enough to chat up a 20 year old whos looking for a guy from 18-99 and gonna believe all the tosh shes comes out with, then you deserve everything shes gonna take you for. Had 400 replies to my add on FC, but my GF now was one of the last to get in contact with me, just something about her that is different from the rest, been talking now for 8 months and met up for 2 weeks in August and yeah shes everything i dreamed she will be and the reason i wont give up without one heck of a fight, there might be millions of single women in PH but anyone who can just turn off there feelings for a girl and just go look for one without the baggage, didnt love in the first place. im on the ropes right now, but not ready to throw the towel in just yet.

Are you not aware that the Philippine system of justice does not present a level playing field where foreigners are concerned? Given the choice of going after your girlfriend's husband or you for adultery, as a prosecutor I would naturally choose you as I can make far more money out of you and that appeals to my nationalist sense of justice.

By living with your still-married girlfriend you lay yourself open not only to prosecution - with a trial that could take two, three or more years to complete, followed by a seven year prison term followed by deportation (after paying fines to BI for overstaying) - but also blackmail by those who perceive you have slighted them. Are you really willing to put yourself through that?

If you can't get her to Britain, could you get her somewhere else that meets your requirements of being a cheap place to live and exotic? Thailand for example. Vietnam? You could rent somewhere there for next to nothing and find out about each other in relative peace and quiet.

When you arrive though, dont you have to show you have a flight out of country before the 30 days end?

Is it best to get a flight that will allow you to cancel and get a refund or just a cheap flight to another country and then forget about it?

Ticket out needed, as a tourist... definitely, 100% yes.

Within 30 days, normally no (because as a Brit you can enter and then extend your stay).

    Check with your airline though.
