Thanks in advance. Once UK visa app form is filled in by my wife - I pay from the UK with debit card etc. Then do all the docs get sent for my wife to hand over in Manila. Is that the order of play? Cheers
Yes. You can open the online application and fill it out from anywhere or both places. You can pay online from the UK and print out the completed application form. You will also need to print out and fill in Appendix 2. Then you need to DHL the supporting documentation pack to the Philippines along with Appendix 2 and the application form. Have the applicant sign in the correct places. You may want to send a copy pack at the same time to remove the need for the pack to be copied in the Philippines (you will submit an original and a copy pack). Cost seems about right. Spouse or partner of settled person.
Is it best to get ALL the supporting docs ready first or after paying the fee? How long does the fee last before it expires or is it indefinite - eg: until the docs are correct ! finally all the house Bills and deed are in my Mothers name....does that make any difference? cheers
Before!!! I cannot remember - the website tells you - but there is a time limit. Yes it does. You will need her consent in writing to you and your wife living in the house.
spouse visa fee is £1195--but paid in dollars so will be a bit more PLUS IHS surcharge £600. so--£1800 +++ if you want premium service--10 day turnaround-- ---+ another £500 good innit.
