Messing about online, looking for somewhere to vent my frustration caused by an arrogant, overzealous, individual with an attitude problem at Manchester Airport's Passport control, I came across this bit of news, of which I was not aware it existed at all.................. It may come useful to anyone with a gripe, to study the document and make himself/herself conversant with the various instructions. I havent's managed to come across the new one yet (2013), but I suspect it is out there, somewhere.... Good luck.
