briefing paper to the House of commons dated 23.07.19 states that prison population as at 31.03.19 in England and Wales was 82676 of which 9k are from 161 dìfferant countries of ethnic minorities. The highest %ages are Albanian 802 or 9% and Poles 791 and 9%

Yeah so a prison population of a fraction less than I quoted.

The percentages you quote are percentage of the 9000, it is important that point is clear.

And "Under an EU prisoner transfer agreement, Britain has the right to repatriate EU member inmates to serve out the remainder of their jail terms.".

So we have an administrative failure, again I ask everyone what's the problem?

I wouldn't know as I generally don't read your posts unless you quote me in this instance I was merely giving the most up to date split.

    not hard to figure out!

and yes they should go home and cost their country their keep perhaps we would have a little more money for our own people.

Oh, ok. "Freedom of movement" never applied to Albanians and their eligibility to visit/be imprisoned in the UK alongside anti-British traitors such as Stephen Yaxley Lennon isn't affected by Brexit.

    Hope that helps.

However, in all seriousness, this thread has highlighted how people blame the EU for things which are nothing to do with the EU and all the fault of the UK.

We are 3 years removed from the damned referendum, and people are still unaware that Freedom of Movement means you have 3 months to find work and not be a burden on the state, otherwise the host country can boot out the EU citizen.

And Freedom of Movement works both ways. My sister thanks you all for causing her university's research contract in Gothenburg not being extended. She really appreciates taking back control.
