    I agree Timmers.

Visa is required for Philippine Nationals to visit Egypt.

Check the IATA travel rules for initial guidance about the requirements for different countries, this is normally available from the website of most major airlines.

Example: KLM Airline Travel Visa Advice << Link

Currently UK nationals can get a $25 visa for 30 days on arrival in Egypt, this is currently under review as Egypt may well implement an online visa system in the near future, due to terrorism threats from radicalised UK Nationals.

For local questions about Egypt, I would recommend the Tripdavisor forums.
