UK Employer Immigration check 'Right to Work'

    Here is link for information regarding what an employer checks to determine 'right to work'.

    During the period between submitting a visa renewal and eventually receiving a new BRP Card,
    you need to be issued a Certificate of Application from the home office.

    NOTE: Selecting a Priority Service only possibly speeds up the process, the period between application and receiving new BRP should still require 'Certificate of Application'.

    So the value of a 'priority service' is only personal preference, NOT a necessity to remain in employment.
