:wave:Well yes, I am as shocked as you may be............. Two/three full working days for the issue of a family permit.......??? This must be an all time record..............:vhappy: Tuesday 22/11/11 was the VFS appointment........... Saturday morning , 26/11/11, Jhera received her passport back, with a brand new, gleaming, family permit inside... And she only told one of her cousins instead of telling us, here, chewing our finger nails.......... This cousin, thinking that we knew, left Jet an offline message on yahoo chat, about it... I thought it was a wind up at first, because I well know thatthey like to make each other "pa jealous" they may say all sorts of crap... But as I got on the dog and bone, justly irated, to demand an immediate online presence she confirmed the fact, and as confirmation, she got her passport to the blessed page, so that we could admire, the anointed Family Permit. Now it is just a case to decide wether she spends Christmas in Pinas, or here..... But I reckon Pinas is the best option, so she can say tata to her family and friends in good fashion, and join us sometime in January, hoping that the weather will not have turned for the worse....
I am still in a dazed stupor............... Nothing a double german brandy cannot cure............:vhappy: To your health Al..........!!! Thanks for chucking your own stuff out of that suitcase, to be able to get the documents to our sprog in time....
It's almost the quickest visa decision of any sort Iv'e heard about. The important thing of course is that it's in the passport. Well done and congratulations to all concerned
Wow, super fast and congratulations.. Looks like 2012 will be a very happy new year in your household.
