It's because the Philippines has never really had to deal with immigration like the UK has. Sure they have a mix of people whose DNA could be traced all of Asia and even the Americas and Spain, but had 2 million poles settled there in the last 10 years, they'd have had to deal with immigration like we have and address the inherent racism that rears its ugly head at that time..
