Well, not a good day for peace and democracy when the state of Norway suffers a terrorist attack by a group who so far remain unknown, though a small jihadist group has claimed responsibility And the scuzz buckets over on Islamic Awakenings have already started to give it usual "now they know how Muslims feel"...

Appears to be a solo right wing Christian Fundamentalist nutter

Tragic, 84 dead so far, many just kids.

Whoever did this sort of outrage should not be given any mercy whatsoever.
Airing his grievances will only encourage other nutters to do similar acts to get their 15 minutes of notoriety.

The trial should held behind closed doors, and a life sentence should be passed if found guilty.
Everything points to pre-meditation, so far, and so this would preclude the use of insanity as an excuse.

Personally I would put the perpetretor in front of an execution squad formed by the relatives of all the victims.... And instruct them to aim for the stomach....

According to something I read today, he hates Muslims.. Sureley a life in Prison eating halal food would do better???

Same kind of stuff that started world war two, the current world financial mess will generate more and more of this although it is hard to see how this applies in relatively wealthy Norway.

There are always twisted nutters around, sad to see it in a politically mature and secure country like Norway.

Just been reading how this nut was a regular reader of Jihad Watch and now Robert Spencer (that sites owner) is now suggesting that someone added "Christian" and "Conservative" to the Norway shooter's Facebook page!!!

Except the anti-jihadists are using a logged out screenshot versus a logged in screenshot to compare pages, not quite realizing that facebook pages usually limit what information none friends or none facebookers see.. Oh well, nice try
