You can submit the original with the application, note by virtue of having the visa granted tells the immigration officer at the UK end that you had a valid TB certificate at point of application, you wouldn't get the visa without it.

No harm having a few documents at hand when the missus arrives in the UK though, the immigration officers have been known to ask one or two questions on arrival, nothing to worry about though, normally questions to who is meeting you and so on.

When your wife goes to VFS Global to submit the documents - there will be two bundles - one original bundle and one copy bundle. You have to submit both original and copies of ALL documents (including TB Certificate) The original documents will be returned to you after the application decision.

I have told my wife to carry ALL the original documents with her to the UK, just in case there are any questions. Although it is more expensive, she is flying to our local airport, so that if there are any questions, I can even go home if needed to get any documents I may not take with me to the airport.

My fiancé bought a house so that would be where we will stay when I enter the UK..
However, I had my TB test before this. I didn't put the new address there yet because fiancé haven't bought the house at the time of the test. What I did though, I explained in our cover letter the discrepancy. We also plan to put it in the additional information section when we are in the online application proper. Would this be okay or do I need to get a new TB certificate as my address to enter the UK would now be different?

I did not know that the UK address was on the TB Certificate. But I cannot see it being a problem. The critical thing is that the TB Test Clinic took your biometrics and when you submit your visa application documents you biometrics will be take again, so I don't think it will matter about the change of address.

I agree with Howerd, I cant see a problem, the TB certificate is related to yourself not an address in the UK.

Agree also. TB test relates to you. UK address not relevant. I would take two xerox copies of the test. I would include the original with the 'original' documenttion pack to VFS. Attach the copy to the 'copy' pack and keep one for my records. You will get the originals back when you get the visa in anycase. We took the original documentation pack on the plane with us just in case. It wasn't needed. The immigration official didn't ask to see anything.
