Supporting documents returned unopened

Most Visa supporting documents will go to the address you have posted until you are at the stage of FLR(M) this is the second period of FLR) at the moment there appears to be a crossover between posting and scanning see my post above#35.
Some members have had their supporting documents returned unopened suggesting that scan only is now the option, I think you may have to sit tight for a few days and see if your documents get returned to you unopened and if they are you will have to decide the best scanning process that suits you
