    Hi all,

Just a query about submitting Applicant / Sponsors evidence for a 6-month Fiance(e) Visa -

I am going to the Philippines for a 3-week trip on Nov. 1st 2017. I am thinking of asking my Fiancee to let me bring back her 'evidence' with me (Passports - current and covering previous 10 years; bank statements - 6 months, etc) so that I can send it, together with my evidence, to Sheffield in one bundle. Otherwise, if she sends her evidence from the Philippines to Sheffield, how do I know that our evidence will be combined properly if it arrives separately? Her evidence could take several weeks to reach Sheffield, whereas mine could arrive next day!

Is this a sensible plan? If not, what would others suggest?

Is there a time limit between submitting the online application at the Visa4UK (FCO) website and when the physical evidence has to arrive in Sheffield? TIA.

Wrong. She takes her passport..along with her other essential documents to VFS after she does her online application..and books her appointment at VFS.

Thanks, Bigmac. So does VFS forward the passports etc to Sheffield? The 'other essential documents' include things like TB certificate, English language certificate etc - correct?
