Hi again, does SU07 form or sponsorship undertaking form is a required to submit for settlement spousal visa app?
My wife got her spouse visa without form SU7 last year. Maybe other members can confirm this has not changed. Good luck with your application.
cant do any harm if you do submit one, but i think theres a similar declaration in the online app anyway.
We did not include as based on guidance for form it was requirement for different visa category. Applied in September and got visa in January 2019. It is a subject for debate but as @bigmac said does not hurt to include and does not take much time to do. My moto on visa application is if you are in doubt and it strengthens the case then include it.
