Spain v. Netherlands

I am ABSOLUTELY excited for the Spain v. Netherlands match. I've been a fan of La Furia Roja since time immemorial (hehe) and I actually cried when they won the Cup back in 2010. I love my Spanish boys to death.

Fingers (toes, elbows, innards) crossed for a Spanish win, yes?

Well, the Dutch won the Sixty Years' War, aka The Revolt of the Netherlands...and they play pretty good football...

Agh don't jinx it, Methersgate! Haha. Well, I have to admit that le Dutch play good football (grudgingly, mind you).

The funny thing is, I'm doing a Harry Potter marathon to keep me awake so I won't miss the game haha. Oh the World Cup. It's the one month in 4 years that I don't mind missing sleep at all.

The whistle blows and it's over. Masakit. Poor Casillas. You can see how shaken he was about what happened. His confidence level plummeted in the second half. Managed to scrape a beautiful double save in 86min.
