Has anyone heard the 'spacedrum' or 'hangdrum?'

    See what you think.

    I think it's pretty amazing!

A sort of musical dustbin lid. Nice sound. Very mellow, considering.

Where is it suspended from or is it resting on the ground or on his knees? Its a sort of cross between a bell and a xylophone. :D

Yeah. You couldnt just bash a few dents in a dustbin lid. They will have needed to have been precision crafted.

Googling, there's a few people out there making them out of woks. Handy if you want a stir fry too! :D

    But this is getting serious....

Oh wow, to play Celtic folk music on such a wonderful device, excellent!

I don't know if that is any particular traditional jig or reel, or a modern new one, but certainly well done.

This is a wonderful piece too Al, it has the feel of an electronic instrument but is totally mechanical, wonderful!
