Hi guys. I use Saturn VPN here in China - but I am having a problem setting it up......... ......I am running Windows 8.1 and the setup instructions from Saturn tell me to 'Open settings from the charm bar and type in 'VPN' .' However, when I open settings there is no facility to type????!!!! Any tecchies out there who can help - or kick me up the bum for being stupid? Thanks in advance. Al. P.S. Gong Xi Fa Cai 新年快樂
Al, they are giving you a bit of a bum steer, when you select settings on the Charms bar the resulting list does not accept direct keyboard input. To find everything to do with VPN's just hit the Windows key next to the left hand Ctrl key and start typing the letters VPN, that will opn the search automatically and give you all the options the computer has about VPN's. The programs that are actually installed will appear immediately below the search box, stuff that is on the web and elsewhere will appear below the line that splits the list into two parts.
